What an inspiring post, Mike! I have experienced LOTS of difficulties that have forced me to grow and learn. Probably the most recent and most life-changing for me was the downturn in the economy coupled w/the loss of our main sales person at Icon. This turn of events forced us to look for new ways to market the company and led me to discover social media as a marketing tool. If you had told me a year ago that I'd be doing what I now do everyday (and love!) I'd have laughed!

It can really be tough to see the opportunities that are inherent in adversity. But when you do, amazing things happen. Thanks for reminding me.
