Change is constant and most people are used to it. I think what's different this time is how rapidly and drastically it has presented itself. I think most people don't even realize what's happened. I sure didn't, until I got on Twitter a couple of months ago. It has been a tremendous learning tool for me and thanks to it and informative blogs like this, I feel much more prepared for what lies ahead. Social media can, and will, play a great role in bringing people along. And, yes, first we have to ditch our fear of failure and just jump in! Wise words here.
